Hager was nominated for the I-M Formidable Women Awards in the “Diversity and Inclusion” category. This prize is awarded by the I-M Intelligent Magazine and highlights the efforts of women who contribute to progress on diversity and inclusion.

Conference: “Diversity, Inclusion and Leadership”

Hager Jemel, professor of Management at EDHEC Business School and director of the EDHEC Open Leadership Centre for diversity and inclusion, presented the results of our latest study. This research provides an international overview of diversity and inclusion in organizations and proposes a unique way to help them progress by changing leadership representations and behaviours to adopt a more inclusive approach.

How to build more inclusive leadership

Workshop outline:

  • How do we define diversity, inclusion and leadership concepts? How are they related to performance?
  • Leadership experience-sharing in order to identify leadership behaviours leading to improvements in diversity and a climate of inclusion.
  • The results of the workshop will be sent to participants with a list of leadership behaviours to implement in their organizations to facilitate more inclusive leadership.
